Four things that have to be true
The vehicle has to be legal to drive: valid MOT, drivable. If it is not, a transporter is the right tool. A company that takes non-runners on plates is not doing this work.
The movement is driven, not loaded. One car or van, one driver, door to door. A low-loader is a different product. Ask which one you are actually buying.
You should get digital proof of collection and delivery provided. If the paperwork is a photo on a phone and nothing else, you have no record when something is disputed.
Insurance has to sit on the movement. Ask. OVM covers every job with motor trade road risk. The office is 48 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 1BP. Telephone 0141 459 1302.
Insured on plates
Motor trade road risk while the vehicle is driven on our plates. Not arranged per booking as an afterthought.
Digital proof closes the job
Proof of collection and proof of delivery together. That is how the office and the dealer finish the day.
