Appraised to BVRLA standards
Condition is assessed against BVRLA fair wear and tear standards, with defects photographed and noted individually. That is what makes the record usable when an end-of-contract charge is questioned.
Evidence before the handover
The appraisal happens before the vehicle changes hands, so there is an independent record of how it looked on the day rather than a reconstruction weeks later.
Scales by adding drivers
De-fleets and site consolidations scale by putting more drivers on the job rather than waiting for transporter capacity. Roadworthy cars and vans only, valid MOT. If it cannot legally be driven, a transporter is the right call.

What is fleet vehicle delivery?
A roadworthy car or van driven on trade plates for a fleet, leasing company or contract hire provider. One driver collects it, drives it and hands it over. OVM does that work nationwide. Digital proof of collection and proof of delivery on every job. It is not a loaded transporter.
Do you move lease returns and de-fleets?
Yes, if the car or van is legal to drive. Condition is photographed before it changes hands, so the record stands up later. Several vehicles going the same way as one load, or anything that cannot legally be driven, belong on a transporter.
Does the vehicle need a valid MOT?
Yes. Valid MOT and drivable only. If it cannot legally be driven, a transporter is the right tool and we will say so.

What do you need in order to quote?

What does the price depend on?

Yes. Every vehicle we move under trade plates is covered by motor trade road risk while it is driven on our plates.
What proof do I get that the job was done properly?
Photographs of every panel, the mileage reading, condition notes and a signature, collected into the digital proof that is emailed to you when the vehicle is handed over.
Can you move a vehicle that is not roadworthy?
No. Every movement is driven, so the vehicle has to be roadworthy, taxed, insured for the movement and ready for the road. If it is not, a transporter is the right call and we will say so rather than send a driver to a job that cannot be completed.
