Reg and condition
The most important paperwork is the release authorisation. For auction compounds this means gate codes from BCA, Manheim or Aston Barclay. For dealerships, a named contact who can hand over keys and confirm the vehicle is ready.

We need the registration number, make and model, roadworthy confirmation, fuel level and any known issues. This ensures our driver arrives prepared and the movement proceeds without delays.

Our driver captures photographic proof of condition, records mileage, checks keys and documents. At delivery, the recipient signs digitally. Both reports are emailed to you immediately.

We can hold the booking until the code is confirmed. We will not dispatch until access is verified.
A named contact must be available to hand over keys. This can be a receptionist or site manager.
Trade plates, motor trade insurance certificate and OVM identification. All paperwork is handled by us.
If the vehicle cannot be collected, we will notify you immediately and reschedule at no extra charge.
