Proof of collection is recorded before the vehicle moves
At collection our driver photographs the panels and the mileage, notes the condition and checks the keys and any documents travelling with the vehicle. All of that is captured on the device before the car or van moves, and it forms your proof of collection.
Any existing marks are on the record from the start. If a question comes up a few days later, you have dated photos to settle it rather than a disagreement.

Proof of delivery is signed at handover
At the delivery address the driver makes the same checks again and the person receiving the vehicle signs on the device. That signed record is your proof of delivery.
Both records are emailed to you together once the handover is done. Our office closes the job against that report and you can do the same, with nothing else to chase.
