Auction collection after you buy

Winning the lot does not mean the compound will let it go. The auction issues a release code or buyer reference and each site has its own gate procedure. Until both are in place, a driver at the barrier is a wasted day while storage keeps adding up.

Send us the registration, the compound and whatever release details you have. Our office checks with the site before anyone sets off, and if the code is still on its way we simply hold the booking until it arrives.

BCA, Manheim and the independent auctions each run their own gate procedure. Our office asks the compound what it needs on the day and briefs the driver before collection.

We collect from sites including BCA Bellshill, BCA Glasgow, Manheim Manchester and Central Car Auctions Glasgow. If your compound is not listed, just ask, because we can collect from auctions across Scotland, England and Wales as long as the vehicle is legal to drive.

We drive roadworthy cars and vans on trade plates, so the vehicle needs a valid MOT and must be fit to drive. Salvage, non runners or anything the compound will not release to a driver need a transporter, and we will tell you that before anyone sets off.

The condition is photographed at the compound before the vehicle moves and again at delivery. You get the full report by email when the job is complete.
