Manheim Shotts is a gate job. Buying on the lane, or on simulcast, does not take the car out. You pay, you clear the account and you print or receive the vehicle release once the lot is ready for pick-up. Until the office has confirmed that release with the site, we do not dispatch.
Storage is Manheim's charge, not ours. It keeps running while the lot sits. A driven collection is how you get a single roadworthy unit off the yard without waiting for a transporter to fill a deck. It is not a reason to send a driver before the release exists.
Manheim names the paperwork a vehicle release or gate pass. BCA buyers say release code. We still need whatever Shotts will accept at the barrier that day, plus a collector name that matches. The office asks the compound. We do not reprint Shotts opening hours or auction days here, because those belong to Manheim and they change. We check the gate when you book.
