There is no motorway into Bournemouth, so our drivers come in off the A31 at Ringwood and down the A338 Wessex Way. The A35 links the town with Poole on one side and Christchurch on the other, and the A347 runs up through Winton towards Ferndown. The streets around Old Christchurch Road, the Triangle and the East Cliff are tight, while trade units on Holdenhurst Road, Yeomans Way and Aviation Park usually have barriers. Boscombe, Southbourne, Winton and Westbourne each have their own last stretch, and Poole and Christchurch are separate towns altogether. A short hop from Holdenhurst into the town centre is as welcome as a long run to Glasgow. After a one way delivery our driver can head home from Bournemouth station on the main line, from Pokesdown when the drop is in Boscombe, or from Branksome on the Poole side.
