Boscawen Street and the streets around Lemon Quay are tight. Units at Threemilestone and on the industrial land off Newham usually have a barrier and a site contact. A delivery in Malpas or Kenwyn often means a steep last street off the river, and because the river is tidal, waterside streets can flood.

Threemilestone, Kenwyn, Malpas, Shortlanesend and Playing Place each have their own last stretch, so please book the village as well as the postcode. Truro station sits on the Cornish main line, with the Falmouth branch leaving from the same platforms, which gives our driver an easy way home after a one way delivery.

Auction collections from Manheim Saltash and BCA Bridgwater

There is no auction site in Truro, so most Cornish buyers collect from Manheim Saltash and drive back along the A38 once the lot is released. BCA Bridgwater is the nearest BCA, back up the A30 and the M5.

Independents in Truro, Threemilestone and Falmouth regularly move cars to group sites in Plymouth or Falmouth. Others are sending a part exchange to Saltash once it is legal to drive. Fleet vans come off Threemilestone Industrial Estate, and each one needs a valid MOT before we collect.

Most delays come from A30 closures at Carland Cross, a high tide along Newham and a Threemilestone collection booked as Truro. If the car is at Manheim Saltash, tell us and the driver will go straight to the gate. If it is a house in Malpas, we will not send them to Threemilestone first.
