Sheep Street, Market Square and the streets around the old town are tight. A yard toward Launton Road is a barrier and a named manager. A customer toward Kingsmere or Bure Park needs a legal stop. Do not send a Launton Road collection to the Market Square first. Do not send an Ambrosden job to OX26 centre because both sit under a Bicester invoice.
Junction 9 of the M40 then the A41, or the A4421 from Buckingham, is how stock actually reaches the town. The A41 is Aylesbury one way and Banbury the other. The A4421 is the Buckingham road. None of those is a same day promise. A closed M40 at junction 9 and a market day around the Square are Oxfordshire facts.
