Manheim Mansfield, not Shepshed or Bruntingthorpe
Manheim Shepshed and Manheim Bruntingthorpe are separate sites, each with its own gate and release list. Paperwork for one will not work at another, so tell us that your lot is at Mansfield.
Manheim Mansfield runs its own list and we collect from it. Invoice questions are for Manheim's accounts team.
Deliveries to Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Alfreton and Hucknall
A driver already booked at the hub can also take jobs in Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Shirebrook, Alfreton, Hucknall, Clay Cross and Eastwood. Each one is quoted and booked separately.
Nationwide delivery works the same way, as one driven job priced from both postcodes.
MOT or a transporter
We drive vehicles that are roadworthy and legal on the road, with a valid MOT where one is required. If a lot is salvage or will not run, it needs a transporter instead.
Add OVM as the named collector before the driver leaves if the site asks for one. Our guide to auction collection after release explains the full sequence.
Proof, insurance and booking
Our driver records panels, mileage and notes against the registration, then drives the vehicle to you and takes a signature on delivery. You receive both as one report by email.

We photograph the vehicle as it leaves and note the panels, mileage and any marks against the registration. That forms the collection record.
Will you drive a salvage lot that starts?
No, a salvage lot is not roadworthy just because it starts. It needs a transporter.
