There is no motorway into Dundee, so movements run on the A85, A90, A92, A914 and A923. This is the sort of job where sending a driver makes far more sense than waiting for a transporter to fill up, because a single vehicle is not worth a lorry's time.
A one-way delivery means the driver travels back by train. Dundee is served by Broughty Ferry and Dundee. We plan the return leg when we schedule the job, so it does not hold up the handover at your end.
Morris Leslie Vehicle Auctions Errol is the nearest auction compound to Dundee. We collect from it regularly. Release codes get checked before the driver sets off rather than at the gate.

0141 459 1302Which Dundee postcodes do you cover?
Every district in and around Dundee, including DD1, DD5, DD6 and DD7. If yours is not on that list it is almost certainly still covered, because we work right across Scotland.
Do you cover the areas around Dundee?
Yes. A driver working Dundee also covers Newport-on-Tay, Tayport, Broughty Ferry, Monifieth and Carnoustie. Collection and delivery can be at either end of the same job.
How quickly can you get a driver to Dundee?
It depends on where the driver is finishing their previous job. Dundee is served by Broughty Ferry, Dundee and Invergowrie, which is how our drivers travel in for a collection or get home after a one-way delivery. Decent rail access usually means a quicker turnaround.
