Fleet vans come off Park Royal and Thames-side units. They still need a valid MOT. A retail handover in a mews off a Zone 2 street is a person at a door, not a trailer on a red route. Inner last miles are tight: one-way systems, bus lanes, no waiting. Outer last miles still need a barrier code. Do not send a Park Royal collection to a Westminster door first.
