We agree a minimum state of charge before collection and build any charging stop into the schedule, so the car arrives with usable range rather than on a warning light. ### Handled as the manufacturer intends Vehicles are put into transport or neutral mode correctly. We do not tow or jump-start a high-voltage car to get it moving. If the 12V system is flat on arrival we tell you before the wheels turn, not after. Valid MOT and drivable only. If it cannot legally be driven, a transporter is the right call. ### Cables travel with the car Granny leads, Type 2 cables and charge cards are logged as part of the collection record, photographed with the vehicle and checked off again at delivery. Can you move a vehicle that is not roadworthy? No. Every movement is driven, so the vehicle has to be roadworthy, taxed, insured for the movement and ready for the road.
