Jump to the form ## Collection is recorded before the wheels turn The driver photographs the vehicle at collection: panels, mileage, condition notes, keys and any documents travelling with it. That is the proof of collection. It is captured on the device before the car or van moves. If something is already marked, it is on the record at the start. That is the point. A dispute two days later is an argument without photos. A dispute with the POC in hand is a fact. ### Photographs at collection Every panel, plus the mileage reading, against that registration. ### Condition noted on the device Not a paper pad in a cab. The record is digital from the first photo. ## Delivery is signed, then the proof goes out At the far end the driver takes the same record again and the person receiving the vehicle signs on the device.
