The photographs are the close. Mileage too. Keys, charging cables, spare wheels if they are supposed to be there. Collection is often not a compound. It is a driveway, a workplace car park or a branch the employee was told to use. Someone has to be there with the keys. An unmanned "leave it on the drive and post the keys" instruction is how you get an unsigned collection and a digital proof that will not stand up. De-fleet to auction is the other way round: you still need the vehicle legal to drive if we are the ones taking it and you still need a person at the far end who can receive it. Auction intake is not a kerbside dump. If the vehicle is going into BCA, Manheim or Wilsons as a vendor delivery, say so, because the gate at that end has a process too. A courtesy car swap is two movements if two registrations have to change place. Do not hide a second car inside one quote and hope the driver improvises. Retail-shaped handovers still happen on fleet work when a customer is taking a replacement. That is not the same afternoon as a de-fleet into remarketing. Coverage is Nationwide in England, Scotland and Wales. A contract hire return in the South East can deliver to a Scottish remarketing site on the same driven job.
